Love this place for the DIY dog washing station! They provide the shampoo, towels, and even waterproof aprons for when your dog shakes water everywhere. Get a coupon for half off from the back of your receipt at Kroger next door.

So disappointed in my last visit which really stinks because this place does my dogs nails the absolute best NORMALLY. However this time, I came in, was told everyone needed to leave to get their children so I needed to call to schedule an appointment. I did. Nobody told me who did my pets nails in the past or that I needed to request that. I scheduled. I showed up. Both groomers looked very stressed out. Nobody greeted me. They just kept doing stuff and looked like prepping for the nail trim appointment by moving a large dog to the back. Several times they told me to leave the area because someone else needed to come in. Even though I was there at my appointment time I was being treated like I was in the way. I asked if we can get my 1 dog going while I get the other dog booked into the system. They (Sav) start on the first dog and are squeezing him so hard he was literally hanging himself trying to jump off and away from the tech. He's NEVER done that EVER. I asked if I could help come in and hold him. The tech said no I could not come back. I continued to try to tell my dog to calm down with a soothing tone. The manager came over to help hold my dog. He's 91lbs.. 8 years old ..

I’m really disappointed with my recent grooming experience at Pet Supplies Plus with Vanessa, i even referred her to others. I brought my puppy in about 4 weeks ago for her first real cut, and the groomer did a cute bear cut. She mentioned my puppy was “a little matted at the roots,” but said it wasn’t a big deal and would only be about a $10 charge next time. My puppy didn’t cry, and her coat was easy to manage. Once she’s washed and blow‑dried, those so‑called “matts” disappear — it’s just dry hair, not actual tangles. I went back today to the same groomer, and she repeated the same thing but then said she couldn’t do the bear cut again and would have to cut her much shorter. I explained she did it just fine last time. Another groomer even tried to help and give her tips, but the groomer I booked refused, acted like my puppy’s hair was severely tangled, and tried to push me to come back next week with someone else. She was rude and dismissive, even though my puppy had zero issues during her previous grooming. My dog’s hair is long, healthy, and manageable once it’s washed and blown out. I’m now looking for a more reliable and professional groomer who actually knows how to work

This Pet Supplies Plus is our go-to as it’s one of the closer locations to us. I will say that the staff is almost always friendly, and of course enthusiastic about the pets that come through the door. We first heard about them after adopting from Operation Kindness, and we’ve been consistent customers ever since! I always bring the pups on their birthday, it’s become our little tradition. The gourmet dog treats are ALWAYS a huge hit- and we’ve even purchased them for friends and family on request. We love Pet Supplies Plus!
